Beef tenderloin
As sirloin, tenderloin in Austria, a special part of the striploin or fillet of beef is called - just one prepared from the whole piece of pot roast, usually with a dark sauce base is regionally served with cream sauce. It is particularly common in the Austrian and Czech cuisine.
