Beige Book

The Beige Book (English for beige book ) represents the economic report from the U.S. dar. It is a summary of comments of the twelve regional central banks of the U.S. on the current economic conditions in their region. It is eight times per year, published by the U.S. Federal Reserve, two weeks before the next meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee. The comments consist of assessments of bank directors and interviews with economists, market experts, company links, and other sources to the current economic situation.
