Beijing–Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong High-Speed Railway

The high-speed Beijing- Hong Kong joins in the People's Republic of China, the capital Beijing to the southern Chinese city of Hong Kong. By this route the provinces of Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong and Hong Kong are connected to the capital.

It consists of the high-speed Beijing- Guangzhou, also known as Jinggang PDL, which was on 26 December 2012 and the Guangzhou - Shenzhen - Hong Kong Express Rail Link, which is between Guangzhou and Shenzhen since 26 December, 2011 operating and between Guangzhou and Kowloon in 2015 to be opened.

High-speed Beijing- Guangzhou

High-speed Beijing- Wuhan

The construction of the 281 km long section of Beijing - Shijiazhuang began on 7 October 2008. Opening Zhengzhou - Wuhan carried out on 28 September, 2012. The remaining distance Zhengzhou - Shijiazhuang - Beijing was opened on December 26, 2012, whereby the route through from Beijing to Guangzhou went into operation.

High-speed railway Wuhan - Guangzhou

On 26 December 2009, the 1068.6 km long southern section of line between Wuhan and Guangzhou was taken with 18 stations in operation. Due to the difficult track morphology composed 65 % of the section between Wuhan and Guangzhou from bridges and tunnels. Construction began in 2005.

Quick route Guangzhou - Hong Kong

On 26 November 2011, a year before the recording of continuous operation in the direction of Beijing, the 102- km long section between Guangzhou and Shenzhen North South was put into operation.

The northern section of Shenzhen to Hong Kong is scheduled to open in 2015. The route will end at the West Kowloon Terminus, which will be at the opening of the largest underground station in the world.
