The year is now below the portraits, together with the character of the Belgian mint in Brussels - Archangel Michael slaying the devil - and a balance for the mint master Romain Coenen. The design of the second embossing series comes from Luc Luyckx. Differences in the design can be seen on the cheekbones and on the cowlick in addition to the front of the king.
