Belot

Belot (commonly abbreviated as Bela, armenian blot) is the name of a card game that can be played either with a French 32mm Skat- sheet or original Italian Belot cards. Be used all the cards, so Ace, 10, King, Queen, Jack, 9, 8, 7 in the usual four suits: Clubs, spades, hearts and diamonds.

This game enjoys, especially in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Arabia popularity. It is still played in some states of the former Soviet Union (eg Russia or Ukraine) and of communities in the Armenian diaspora and Jewish communities worldwide. It originally comes from Italy and came over this way to the Western Balkans. There are in this game, however, relatively different control concepts, so we can not speak of a fixed uniform rule of the game.

Two players

With 2 players, each player is dealt six cards in the hand, which he is allowed to see, and four cards that remain flipped until the trump chosen from the remainder of the pile, the top card is then turned over. • Jack in the trump = 20 points ( high card )

• King in the trump = 4 points, like the other colors
• Lady in stocking = 3 points, like the other colors

Announcements of points

If a player has the same boast four cards of all colors (except for 7 or 8) on the hand, he also has 100 points, unless he has four times the 9, he has 150 points and if it has four times the boys, then he has 200 points.
