Belsdorf is a municipality in the district of Borde Flechtingen the German state of Saxony- Anhalt.

Geography

History

In the Geographical Handbook of the administrative district of Magdeburg from 1820 Belsdorf was described as a village in the administrative district Guard Insert with 222 inhabitants and 31 houses. It was the parish in the parish Behnsdorf. For the Vorwerk Damsendorf eight residents in two residential houses and a sheep were given. The county Gardelegen was formed in 1815 as part of a Prussian administrative reform.
