Ben Lee

Benjamin Michael Lee ( born September 11, 1978 in Sydney, Australia) is an Australian musician and actor. Even at 14, he began his musical career in the band Noise Addict, but focused on a solo career soon after, the band split up. The music Ben Lee can be classified in the genre of singer- songwriters. It is primarily a singer, but also plays guitar. He is a multiple winner of the ARIA Awards from the Australian Recording Industry Association. In 2007 he released his last album, Ripe, which he recorded with producer John Alagia. At the follow-up to Awake is the new sleep worked, among others, Benji Madden of Good Charlotte and originally from Los Angeles band Rooney.

Lee is every now and then worked as an actor. He took over in 2003 the lead role in the Australian film The Rage in Placid Lake, directed by Tony McNamara. In addition, he is active in several side projects. With Ben Folds Ben Kweller and he took under the name The Bens on an Ep with 4 songs.
