Ben Starosta

Ben Mark Starosta ( born January 7, 1987 in Sheffield, England ) is a Polish footballer. He also owns the British passport.

Club career

Starosta learned to play football at Sheffield United. For the 2005/2006 season he came into the first team, but not a single use. In the aftermath Ben Starosta was loaned to tieferklassige team like Tamworth FC, ​​Brentford FC, Bradford City or Aldershot Town to play matches. He was loaned to the Polish first division Lechia Gdańsk, where he played the first half of the season 2008/ 09 the end of 2008. For the second half of the same season, he came back to Sheffield United. In the summer of 2009 he left the club in the direction of Darlington FC. After half a year he moved to Alfreton Town in May 2010 and to Australia in the Victorian Premier League to Dandenong Thunder. From January to July 2011, he was without a club before taking him to the Polish third division Miedź Legnica under contract. In summer 2012, he was promoted to the club in the second division, his contract was terminated prematurely end of August 2012. National

Although Ben Starosta has denied some inserts for the U15 national team of England, he opted for the land of his ancestors to games and so far completed 5 missions for the U-20 national team of Poland. He participated with Poland at the Junior World Championships 2007 in Canada. One time he was appointed even for the A- team of Poland, but had no use.
