Bengt Snivil

Bengt Snivil is referred to by Saxo Grammaticus, the son Folkes, the progenitor of the Folk Unger, who had with Ingerd, daughter of King Canute the Holy murdered in 1086, married. These two had two sons, Bengt and Knut. From one of them - Saxo does not say which - came Birger Brosa and two brothers, entering as Karl Magnus Jarl Doeve and Minnesköld identified. A 300 years younger source " Genealogia folkungorum " which refers to an old recording in Varnhem monastery, wrote that was the thicknesses and the father of Birger Brosa and his brothers Bengt Snivil son of Folke. Whether Bengt Jarl was or not, the sources do not say. His other circumstances are completely unknown.
