Benik Afobe Tunani (born 12 February 1993 Leyton, London) is an English footballer of Congolese descent, who is under contract at Arsenal since 2010, but so far only came in the reserve team for use.

Benik Afobe came into the youth academy of Arsenal FC at the age of six years; before he was discovered at a local branch of Scouts. His father came in 1990 due to the political unrest in the Congo to England. Afobe attended Monteagle Primary School and Jo Richardson Community School, both in Dagenham. He has two sisters and a brother.
