Benjamin Gerritsz. Cuyp

Benjamin Gerritsz. Cuyp (* in Dordrecht before December 1612, † before August 28, 1652 same place ) was a Dutch painter.

Benjamin Gerritsz. Cuyp was a relative, maybe a nephew, Aelbert Jacobsz of. Cuyp. But he never reached the same workmanship as this one. Mainly he painted biblical stories.

One of his works, The Adoration of the Shepherds oil on oak panel, located at the Landesmuseum Oldenburg.
