Benoît Delépine

Benoît Delépine ( born August 30, 1958 in Saint- Quentin, France ) is a French screenwriter, film director, actor and comedian. He achieved fame in France through his work in the satirical programs on the French TV channel Canal . He was known by the Comedies Louise hires a contract killer and mammoth beyond France.

Life

Benoît Delépine has been for many years the author of the television program Les Guignols de l' info, in which he writes about the fictional country Groland and the role of the cynical journalist Mickael Kael. In 1997 he was preparing these issues in Mickael Kael contre la World News Company in his first feature film and incorporates itself in the role of Mickael Kael.

In 2004 he appeared for the first time together with Gustave Kervern as a screenwriter, director and actor in the movie Aaltra. The collaboration with Gustave Kervern was continued this success also in the movies Avida, Louise hires a contract killer, and mammoth Le Grand Soir, which won the Special Jury Prize in the Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival.
