Berliner Schnauzen

Berlin snouts is a German television series of the ZDF, the main actors are the keepers and animals capital zoos. It is broadcast since 2006 and became the successor to the Berlin Zoo documentary Panda, Gorilla & Co. on RBB.

The staff, animals and visitors are accompanied in their everyday lives. The focus is on stories of human and animal fates. In contrast to animal documentation does not tell a detached comment history, but the various protagonists take on this task. They even comment out of their situation, the work processes and experiences. The audience will also learn to know, whether about the life and behavior habits of animals, their claims to housing, employment and food or on current issues of modern zoo zoology.
