Bernd Heynemann

Bernd Reinhold Gerhard Heyne man ( born January 22, 1954 in Magdeburg ) is a German politician ( CDU) and former football referee.

Life and career

After attending the Polytechnic High School (POS ) Heyne man graduated from 1970 to 1973 a vocational education with school for IT skilled workers. After that, he did his national service with the NVA and began in 1975 to study business administration in Magdeburg, which he finished in 1979 with a degree in business administration. Heyne man was then Magdeburg in the data center, most recently as head of marketing, works. In 1992 he became Head of the Public Relations Department for AOK Magdeburg.

Bernd Heyne man is married and has two children.

Football referee

Heyne man ran from 1980 to 1991 98 Games of the DDR - Oberliga and to 2001 151 Bundesliga games. From 1988 to 1999, he acted in 14 A- international matches and 42 European matches as Impartial. Highlights of his career were participating in the European Football Championship in 1996 and the Football World Cup in 1998, where he held the Games Columbia - led Norway ( 1-0) - Tunisia ( 1-0) and Italy. His career as a referee, he had to quit because of the age limit of 47 years. His home club is the SV Fortuna Magdeburg. Since April 2008 he is also a member of Hertha BSC. Until August 2010 Heyne man as a referee observer at national (1st and 2nd Bundesliga ) and international level ( UEFA Champions League) was used.

Party

Before the turn Heyne man was member of the SED. He joined the CDU in 1997, and was appointed in 1999 at the National Sports Committee of the CDU. Since 2004 he is also a member of the CDU - FDP Executive of Saxony- Anhalt.

Member of Parliament

Heyne man belongs since 1999 to the City Council of Magdeburg.

From 2002 to 2009 he was a member of the German Bundestag. Bernd Heyne man is always drawn on a state list of Saxony -Anhalt in the Bundestag. His home constituency is Magdeburg.

For the 2009 federal election he was surprisingly elected only in 9th place on the state list. He was candidate for the CDU in the Bundestag constituency Magdeburg ( Constituency 70 ), but missed with 31.0 % of the primary vote to re- enter parliament.
