Berosus (crater)

Berosus is an impact crater on the northeastern edge of the moon 's front panel. It is located northwest of the crater Hahn and west of Gaus. The crater wall is terraced. The interior is flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Babylonian astronomer Berossus.
