Beth Henley

Elizabeth "Beth" Becker Henley ( born May 8, 1952 in Jackson, Mississippi) is an American playwright who received the Pulitzer Prize for drama for her play Crimes of the Heart 1981.

Biography

The daughter of a lawyer and an actress studied after visiting the Murrah High School in Draper, the field of study Fine Arts at Southern Methodist University and graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts ( BFA ) from.
