The Samtgemeinde Bevensen - Ebstorf is an integrated municipality in the district of Uelzen, Lower Saxony.

History

The Samtgemeinde arose to November 1, 2011 from the merger of the joint communities Bevensen and Old Office Ebstorf.

Its seat is in the center offices in Bad Bevensen. A citizen office is also in the town hall Ebstorf, Str. 30, held.

Samtgemeinderat

The Samtgemeinderat consists of 36 councilors and the mayor directly elected Samtgemeinde. It is composed of the following parties or voter communities:

For Mayor of Samtgemeinde Hans -Jürgen chamber (SPD ) was elected with 38.93 % of votes cast. He beat out three competitors.
