Bianca Balti

Bianca Balti ( born May 25, 1984 in Lodi ) is an Italian fashion model.

Career

Balti initially competed in numerous agencies, such as Elite Model Management in 2003 at, but she refused as " too ordinary and average " ( "average and common "). A little later she was discovered in a supermarket where she was working to finance her studies in web design by Bruno Pauletta. In July 2004, she was finally taken by IMG Models under contract and ran for the likes of Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, Hermès and Lanvin. In the same year she was first seen on a title page, specifically for the magazine L' Officiel.

Since 2005 she has been one of the models at Victoria 's Secret.

In the movie Go Go Tales ( 2007) by Abel Ferrara Balti played a stripper on the side of Willem Dafoe and Riccardo Scamarcio.

Life

Balti is married to the Roman photographer Christian Lucidi since June 2006; in the spring of 2007 came their daughter to the world.

Currently Balti lives mainly in New York.
