History

On November 6, 1458 Wernhard Siefferddorffer received 18 hooves land from the Grand Master of the Teutonic Order Ludwig von Erlichshausen, which laid the foundation for today's Biedaszki. In 1929, the Lutheran seminary was moved here from Karolewo. The seminar was organized in 1940 and dissolved in the building a radio station for the Wolf's Lair was established. The station had been set deliberately removed from the actual leader Hitler's headquarters, so as not to reveal the location of the antennas. In July 1945, the place was now renamed Wielki Dwór, seat of the municipality with Witold Pakultinis as community leaders. In December of the same year the parish seat went to Rastenburg ( Kętrzyn ). As one of the first in the area around Rastenburg a primary school was opened in 1945 in the village in which the first school year 38 students were taught. Rastenburg was but in July 1946 the municipal seat back to Wielki Dwór back. Here was formed in September of that year, the National Council of the municipality ( Gminna Rada Narodowa ), who was responsible for 40 villages and 9511.52 hectares. In 1950, the community library was opened. After an administrative reform in 1954, the village was a seat Gromada. On September 28, 1960, the seat of the Council was moved to Kętrzyn. 1973 Biedaszki was part of the community Kętrzyn.
