Bilaspur (Hindi: बिलासपुर, Bilāspur ) is a town in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It has about 13,000 inhabitants and is the administrative seat of the district of Bilaspur.

Bilaspur is located at an average altitude of 478 meters on the river Satluj. This is stowed in the vicinity of the city from the Gobind Sagar Dam.
