Bilateral cingulotomy

The cingulotomy is a radical surgery in the human brain, in the cingulate gyrus ( the cingulate cortex ) is permanently severed by a cut electrocautery. As a result of the operation, the cingulum is permanently severed, which changed the psyche of the patient irreversible.
