Billy Arjan Singh ( born August 15, 1917 † 1 January 2010) was an Indian hunter, conservationist and author. He was the first who tried to reintroduce tigers and leopards.

He has worked at Indira Gandhi that the former forest reserve was declared Dudhwa National Park. In 1976 he was honored for its commitment to nature conservation with the gold medal of the World Wildlife Fund.
