Bingen Fernández
Bingen Fernández Bustinza (* December 15 1972 in Bermeo ) is a retired Spanish road racing cyclist and current team manager in cycling.
Bingen Fernández began his career in 1996 in the Basque Euskadi cycling team (from 1998 Euskaltel -Euskadi ) after being driven there in 1996 as a stagiaire. After six years he moved in 2002 to the French Cofidis Équipe. Here he first took part in the Tour de France, which he finished as 79th. End of the 2009 season ended Fernández his professional career as a racing driver and team manager since 2010 of the ProTour team Garmin -Transitions.
