Biomass Thermal Energy Council

The Biomass Thermal Energy Council ( BTEC ), in German " Council for thermal energy production from biomass ", is the U.S. trade association for companies that have specialized in thermal energy from biomass. The association was founded in January 2009 by nine U.S. companies.

BTEC is engaged in research, education and public relations for the biomass industry.
