Birkenfeld Railway

The Birkenfelder local railway GmbH (later Birkenfelder Eisenbahn GmbH ) opened on 5 October 1880 five-kilometer branch line from Neubrücke station in the Nahe Valley to the city, in the Hunsrück district town of Birkenfeld (Nahe).
