BitlBee

BitlBee is an instant messaging client. Unlike conventional client but BitlBee is a network gateway that the user claims to be a IRC server and the protocols AIM, ICQ, Yahoo! Messenger, XMPP and MSN knows. Outwardly BitlBee behaves like any other instant messenger, but the operation is crucial way: The user uses to communicate a common IRC client. It can connect to the various instant messaging networks via the BitlBee server. The user profile can be stored on the server permanently.
