Björn Strid

Björn Ove "Speed" Strid (born 10 September 1978) is a provider in several bands and projects of Swedish singer. His best-known introductions are Soilwork, Terror 2000, Disarmonia Mundi and Coldseed. Even on a demo album by Darkane is heard to be singing.

Striking at his singing is his ability to quickly switch between deep growls, high screams and clean vocals.

His nickname was the Swede by classmates because of his fondness for fast and hard metal music.
