Black Clouds & Silver Linings (English for " Black clouds and silver linings " ) is the tenth studio album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater. The album was released in Europe on 19 June 2009, in America on June 23. It is the second Dream Theater album, which was released on Roadrunner Records after published in 2007 Systematic Chaos.

Background
