Blue Eye, Albania

Syri i Kalter (German Blue Eye ) is a karst spring on the western slope of the mountain range located in Albania Mali i Gjere. It is equipped with 6 m³ / s, the water- richest source of the country.

The immediate area (180 ha) is a nature reserve and is characterized by oak and sycamore groves. Near the source ponds which, fed from their water. Today, they are hardly used.
