Boghé

Bogue or Boghe, Arabic بوكى, is a town and a department in the administrative region Brakna in the south of the West African state of Mauritania. It lies on the border of the neighboring country Senegal.

In Aleg a road branches from the Route de l' Espoir to the south and reached after 70 kilometers Bogue on the banks of the river Senegal. Bogue to Kaédi there are another 105 kilometers along the river upstream to the southeast. Downstream to the west can be reached on a 2011 finished asphalt road to 205 kilometers Rosso.
