Bombelli (crater)

Bombelli is a small impact craters of the Moon in the highlands north of the sinus Successus. He is essentially circular with a slight edge to the south- southwest side. The focus of the sloping inner walls lies a small area, which covers about a quarter of the crater diameter.
Bombelli was known as Apollonius T before it by the International Astronomical Union ( IAU) was renamed in 1976.
