Bone spavin

Spat is a collective term for diseases of the arthritic ankle joint of the horse.

This includes both acute inflammation of the joints, bones and optionally also the skin of the ankle bones as well as the damage caused by chronic inflammation of the articular surfaces and Knochenumbildungen.
