Bongo Comics Group

Bongo Comics is an American comic book publisher based in Santa Monica (California), the Simpsons Comics brings out among others.

History

The Bongo Comics Group was founded by Simpsons creator Matt Groening, Bill Morrison, Steve and Cindy Vance 1993. Previously, Steve and Cindy Vance had published the magazine Simpsons Illustrated, was offered on the success of the first real Bongo comic with the name of Simpsons Comics and Stories Issue in January 1993 for sale. To date, there are over 400 episodes of the classic Simpsons series, also a few other Simpsons -related title.

2003 was the first comic that was not a spin-off or the like of the Simpsons or Futurama, released. Heroes Anonymous from Bongo chief draftsman Bill Morrison has been very successful in the USA.

His name was the American comic group Bongo from the comic book series Life in Hell Matt Groening creator of The Simpsons, which was about a rabbit with only one ear. This rabbit is also often on The Simpsons before and is called by the name of Bongo.
