Bördeaue

Bördeaue is a municipality in Salzlandkreis in Saxony- Anhalt. It belongs to the municipality of Egelner trough.

The municipality was created on 1 January 2010 from the voluntary association of municipalities and Unseburg Tarthun.

The merger takes place against the background of municipal reform in Saxony- Anhalt and the accompanying law laid down in the minimum number of 1000 inhabitants in municipalities that belong to a community association.

Coat of arms

The coat of arms was approved on 27 April 2010 by the county.

Blazon: " square of red and gold; Field 1: a silver castle with two crenellated towers, a black doorway, each with a black window in the towers and crenellated sloping side walls over blue water with silver wavy lines, field 2: a pigeon tower with blue pillars, silver half-timbered houses with black beams and columns and blue tent roof, crowned by a pedicled blue ball, field 3: a blue wave beams, box 4. Bergmannsgezähe a silver "

The quartered shield includes in field 1 the coat of arms of the village Unseburg, in field 2 the coat of arms of the village Tarthun, in box 3 a blue wave beams in reference to its location on the Bode and in box 4, the Bergmanngezähe ( hammer and chisel ) with respect to the up to the present of mining.

The colors of the community are white-red.

The coat of arms was designed by the Magdeburg Kommunalheraldiker Jörg Mantzsch and admitted to the approval process of 4 February 2010 by decision of the municipal council.

Flag

The flag is red - white - red ( 1:4:1 ) striped ( cross- shape: strips horizontally extending, longitudinal shape: strip running vertically ) and centrally occupied with the municipal coat of arms.
