Borów, Strzelin County

Borów ( German: market Bohrau ) is a village and seat of the municipality in Poland. Located 15 kilometers east of Ślęża ( Zobten ) and belongs to the powiat Strzeliński, Lower Silesian Voivodeship to.

History

Borów was first mentioned in 1202 as Boriow documented. The market town at the confluence of Mała Ślęza in the Ślęza belonged from 1818 to 1945 to the district chasing. 1939 lived 909 inhabitants in the village.
