Borut Bilač

Borut Bilac ( born April 14, 1965 in Postojna) is a former Slovenian long jumper.

In 1990, he was starting for Yugoslavia at the European Athletics Championships in 1990 to third place. A month later he was disqualified because of a positive doping finding and banned for two years. Since the drug test turned out to be incorrect, the ban was lifted in 1991, and the athlete was returned to his bronze medal.

At the World Athletics Championships 1991 in Tokyo, he left in qualifying, and at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, ​​he was now starting for Slovenia, Ninth.

In 1990 he was Yugoslav champion hall. 1992 Slovenian champion outdoors and 1998 in the hall, and he also won the 1993 national indoor champion title in the 60 - meter dash.

In November 1991 he married the German high jumper Britta Vörös, which then took on the Slovenian nationality.
