Bozüyük

Bozüyük is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Bilecik. The town lies about 30 kilometers south of the provincial capital Bilecik.

The district is located in the south of the province. It is bordered to the north by Pazaryeri and to the central district, in the northeast on Söğüt and from east to west, the provinces of Eskişehir, Kütahya and Bursa. By Bozüyük runs from west to east, the European Route 90, which comes from Çanakkale on Bursa and continues through Eskisehir and Adana up to the Iraqi border. It crosses here the highway D -650, which further leads to Antalya on the Mediterranean coast of Adapazarı in the north to Afyonkarahisar in the south.

Infrastructure

In Bozüyük there is production of air conditioning company Demir Döküm, the Eczacıbaşı Holding and the Vaillant Group. The Anadolu Üniversitesi from Eskişehir here has a technical college.

Sports

The county seat is represented by the football club Bozüyükspor in the third Turkish league.
