Bram Peper

Abraham ( Bram ) Peper ( born February 13, 1940 in Haarlem ) is a Dutch sociologist and politician Partij van de Arbeid ( PvdA).

As a politician, he was from 1982 to 1998 and mayor of Rotterdam from 1998 to 2000 Minister of the Interior in the Cabinet Kok II Next he was a high school teacher at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Economics Nyenrode.

He was also married to EU Commissioner and VVD party member Neelie Kroes.
