Branko Rašović

Branko Rašović ( born April 11, 1942 in Podgorica ) is a former Yugoslav football player.

In his first two years as a professional Branko Rašović played for FK Budućnost Podgorica. He then moved in 1964 to FK Partizan Belgrade. There he experienced his sporting highlights. He was Yugoslav champion in 1965. Through winning the title Rašović was qualified with his club the following season for the European Champions Cup. The team of Partizan only lost in the finals Real Madrid 1-2. In 1969 he moved to Germany to Borussia Dortmund. After three years in the Bundesliga relegation followed as a table next to last. Rašović remained Borussia faithful also in the second division. After two more years, he ended his career.
