Brant Lake (New York)

The Brant Lake is a lake in the Adirondack Mountains and is located east of Horicon in Warren County, in the U.S. state of New York, in the United States. The height above sea level is 243 meters. The length of the lake is about 8 kilometers. The surface area is 549.11 hectares, the average depth is 9 meters and the maximum depth of 18.3 meters, being beschiffbar.

In winter, the lake is often used for ice fishing, what is officially allowed. The only regulation is that the maximum daily catch is limited in brown trout and rainbow trout to 5. A Schonmaß does not exist. Other resident fish species of the lake include, among other things, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, pike, and various whitefish and sculpins.
