Brian Morton (American writer)

Brian Morton ( born 1955 in New York) is an American writer, journalist and editor.

Life

Morton spent his childhood and youth in the town of Teaneck in Bergen County in New Jersey. He studied at Sarah Lawrence College ( SLC) in Yonkers (New York) and got after his successful completion of a job in the editorial department of social criticism magazine Dissent. In 1995 he was promoted to managing editor there. At the same time informed Morton at SLC, at New York University and at Bennington College.
