Bridie Carter

Bridie Carter ( born December 18, 1970 in Melbourne) is an Australian actress.

Life

Her debut as an actress she was in the 1996 Australian television series GP There followed a number of other television productions, known but it was mainly due to the role of Tess McLeod in the series McLeod's Daughters. In May 2004, she started a family; after the birth of her son Otis she seemed no longer in McLeod's Daughters. In April 2010, their second son Tobias was born. Bridie Carter was very heavily involved in charities such as Actors for Refugees and A Just Australia.

She was nominated three times for a Logie Award. In 2003, she won the Silver Logie as the Most Popular Actress.
