Bright Edomwonyi

Bright Osagie Edomwonyi (* July 24, 1994 in Benin City ) is a Nigerian football player at the position of a striker. Since the summer of 2012, he stands at FC Red Bull Salzburg in Austria under contract.

Career

Bright Osagie Edomwonyi was recovered in Benin City and went through there a number of football academies. In 2009 he came to Westerlo Football Academy in Lagos, the Academy of Belgian club KVC Westerlo. After he made with good performances attracted attention again and again joined in January 2011 together with his team-mates Jamiu Alimi and Salau Ibrahim to Westerlo. There he was, but only for the second team to use. After the spring of 2012 the KRC Genk expressed interest in him, the transfer but ultimately failed, he joined in the summer to Austria for FC Red Bull Salzburg. There he was on 28 October 2012 compared to SK Rapid Wien his professional debut. For the 2013/14 season he was loaned to the second team, FC Liefering. In the winter transfer period 2013/14 he was loaned to FC Wacker Innsbruck.
