Brønderslev Municipality

Brønderslev Kommune is a Danish municipality in the northern Jutland. It was created on 1 January 2007 as part of local government reform by combining the "old" Brønderslev commune with the previous municipality Dronninglund. The municipality was established as Brønderslev - Dronninglund commune, but changed its name on 18 January 2007 in Brønderslev municipality.

Brønderslev municipality has a total population of 35,600 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2013 ) and an area of ​​633.00 km ². It is part of the Nordjylland region.
