Buis-les-Baronnies
Buis- les- Baronnies is a French small town with 2251 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) on the edge of Provence in the Drôme. The village lies on the right bank of the river Ouvèze.

Economy
Due to the favorable climate Buis- les- Baronnies is primarily known for the cultivation of olives and its linden flowers market. Even the wine plays an economic role (Vin de Pays des Coteaux des Baronnies )
Attractions
Main attractions are the square with arcades dating from the 15th century, the Dominican monastery from the late 16th century and the Renaissance portal in the Chapel of the Ursuline convent.

Partnerships
Since 1999, a partnership with the Baden-Württemberg community Gomadingen in the district of Reutlingen (Baden- Württemberg). Another partnership is with the Belgian municipality of Malmedy in Flanders.
