Bulgaria women's national football team

The Bulgarian national football team of women represents Bulgaria in international women's football. The national team is subordinated to the Bulgarian Football Federation and is coached by Emil Kartselski. To date, the Bulgarian selection could not qualify for a major tournament itself. In international comparison the Bulgarian national team is one of the weaker teams in Europe. In December 2008, has been achieved in the FIFA rankings to rank 42 the best placement.
