Buřenice

Buřenice ( German Burschenitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located ten kilometers north east of Pacov and belongs to Okres Pelhřimov.

Geography

Buřenice located in the southwest of the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. The place is located at the northeastern foot of Strážiště massif in the headwaters of the creek Vyklantický creek. South-west rises the Strážiště (744 m ) in the west of Kamenný vrch (626 m), Holý vrch (703 m) and Altán ( 633 m).

Neighboring towns are Tříznicko, Petrovsko and Kramolín in the north, Borek, Chyšná and Marti u Onšova in the Northeast, U Hánovych, Nová Ves and Krasolesi in the east, Arneštovice and Radejov the southeast, U Krčmáře, Dobroměřice and Lesná in the south, Babice and Útěchovice pod Stražištěm in the southwest, Nové Vyklantice and Stare Vyklantice in the west and Nový Smrdov, Stary Smrdov and Skočidolovice in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village was founded in 1280 as part of a place between Buřenice and Babice battle between the troops of the Long Otto of Brandenburg and King Rudolf I. Buřenice was a Vladikensitz in to the church was a fortress.

After the abolition of patrimonial Buřenice formed in 1850 with the district Babice a municipality in the district team Ledetsch. Seat of the District Court was Dolni Kralovice little later. From 1949 Buřenice belonged to Okres Pacov. After the dissolution of the congregation was founded in 1961 associated with the Okres Pelhřimov and at the same time Kyjov and Radejov incorporated ( with Dobroměřice ). 1985 Buřenice was connected to Košetice. Since 1992, the community is again.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Buřenice Babice ( Babitz ) Buřenice ( Burschenitz ) Kyjov ( Kühhof ) and Radejov ( Radejow ) and the settlement Dobroměřice ( Dobromeritz ).
