Burkhard Segler

Burkhard Segler ( born March 5, 1951 in Oberhausen ) is a former German football player.

Career

Clubs

At 19 sailors belonged to the squad of Bayer 04 Leverkusen, for whom he played two seasons in the Regionalliga West. For the 1972/73 season he moved within the Game class to VfL Osnabrück in the Regionalliga Nord, in which he was an active season with 24 goals and became top scorer. In August 1973 Borussia Dortmund obliged the few months the squad of FC Bayern Munich belonging sailor who on August 26, 1973 ( 4th Round ) in his first game for Borussia ( 2-0 home victory over SpVgg Erkenschwick ) already be first of 20 goals scored. National

Sailors once wore the shirt of the national team: On February 22, 1977, he lost with the B team in Orléans with 0-1 against the selection of France; he came in to replace the Braunschweiger Reiner Hollmann.
