Burt Young

Burt Young ( * as Gerald "Jerry" Tommaso DeLouise on April 30, 1940 in New York City ) is an American actor. He is also known under the pseudonym John Harris.

Life

Young was born in Queens, New York, the son of Italian-American Josephine and Michael De Louise. Young took acting classes at The Actors Studio with Lee Strasberg. Its type and his appearance laid the stout performer with the thinning hair on the role of the trade " losers from the lower class " firm, often played Young rough, angular Italian-American working class. Young is widowed and has a daughter (born 1969 ), Anne Morea. He lives in Port Washington, New York.
