Cabezas (Cordillera)

Cabezas is a country town in the department of Santa Cruz in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Cabezas is the central place of the district ( bolivian: Municipio) Cabezas in the province of Cordillera. The city lies at an altitude of 469 m on the left bank of the Río Grande, which has finally reached the Bolivian lowlands here.

Geography

Cabezas is located on the southeastern edge of the Bolivian Cordillera Oriental in the area of ​​sub-tropical climate and is characterized by a six-month dry season that extends from May to October.
